    Yes — many of our customers use Studio Luxe units for Airbnb or long-term rentals. Just check local zoning rules first.

  • Does it come with plumbing and electrical?

    You can choose shell-only or full turnkey builds with full plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems installed.

  • Is permitting required?

    Typically yes, but we’ll guide you through what’s needed for your city or county.

  • How long does it take to install?

    Shell kits can go up in days. Turnkey builds take 6–12 weeks depending on location and permitting.

  • Can I customize the floor plan?

    Absolutely. We offer flexible layouts and optional features to help you get exactly what you need.
